Mixology Monday With The Leveretts - Jammed Up (a Daiquiri)

May 15, 2023  •  Leave a Comment

Hey there!

The daiquiri is one of the six basic drinks listed in David A. Embury's classic The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks and features main ingredients rum, citrus juice, and sugar. We decided to elevate this a little with a mixture of Fig, Hibiscus and Apricot Jam, then we topped with ginger ale and a spritz of absinthe. I really really enjoyed sipping on this. We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages
