Mixology Monday With The Leveretts - Lemon Solstice

June 24, 2024  •  Leave a Comment

Hey there!

Here's a dedication to the long hot sticky days of summer. Cool off with this light and refreshing citrusy mint cocktail. As per usual, we did the most and played with some molecular gastronomy for the garnish. You can find specific instructions to make your own version of "caviar" or flavored spheres online. We used a kit from Molecule-R.  We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages

This makes 1 drink! Let's get started!
