This "patio pounder", The Pineapple Blossom, comes from Thirsty Whale on Tiktok! We loved it so much we wanted to share this quick and delicious summer cocktail with you. We hope you enjoy! This makes 1 drink! Let's get started!

Here's what you need:

For Garnish
Pineapple Wedge

For Drink
2 oz. Bourbon 
3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters (We used Scrappy Bitters- Orange)
Ice

You will also need 1 rocks tumbler glass and shaker cup.

Let's Make the Drink!

1. In your shaker cup add all ingredients:
   • Bourbon (2 oz)
   • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (3/4 oz)
   • Pineapple Juice (1 oz)
   • Simple Syrup (3/4 oz)
   • 3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters (We used Scrappy Bitters- Orange)
   • Ice
2.  Shake well to chill.
3. Strain into your ice filled & chilled rocks tumbler.
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
5. Enjoy!
