Hey There!

Today we're sharing a fizz cocktail, probably the best known fizz... the gin fizz. The gin fizz has been around since at least 1876 and is the cousin to the Tom Collins. A sour cocktail with a frothy foam on top sounds like a perfect duo to me. We used Empress 1908 Gin which gives the drink its pigmentation and we used Grand Marnier liqueur for the additional citrus notes. We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages
