Mixology Monday With The Leveretts - Beet-nik GimletHey There! A few weeks ago we spent some time in Chicago. While there we dined at Beatnik, a boho chic, river side Moroccan, French, Italian oasis. This place is an entire mood. With our entrees, we ordered their heirloom carrots which were served on top of their roasted beet tahini hummus and we fell in love with the combination.
