Hey there all you cool cats and kittens!

We hope you and your family are well and are hanging in there! Since we are literally a captive audience these days, I'm sure you are aware of the Netflix docuseries Tiger King, a documentary about tiger owners in the US and their fascinating world. The over the top WTF moments throughout the entire thing are still lingering in our minds, so we are dedicating this Monday to Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin and her missing husband... because Tiger Juice is better than sardine juice! This recipe makes 2 drinks. Let's get started!

Here's what you need:

For Garnish
2 Large Orange Peels from 1 Orange
 

For Drink
6 oz. Bourbon
4 oz. Fresh Squeeze Orange Juice 
2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Agave Nectar
5-7 Ice Cubes
2 Martini Glasses

You'll also need a  Shaker Cup, Hawthorn Strainer, and another Strainer (we're double straining this).

Let's Make the Garnish:

1. To make your tiger claw garnish, save the peel from 1 orange.
2. Cut out two large and tall triangles.
3. Within each triangle cut 3 equal sized strips (Be careful to not cut end to end, you want the orange peel intact)
4. Starting with the top point of the triangle, wrap around a chopstick or cocktail pick in a spiral shape.
5. Wrap in a damp paper towel and set aside until needed.

Let's Make the Drink:

1. In a shaker cup, add:
   • Bourbon (6 oz)
   • Orange Juice (4 oz)
   • Lemon Juice (2 oz)
   • Agave (1 tsp)
   • Ice
2. Shake Vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Strain using Hawthorn strainer and additional strainer into 2 martini glasses.
4. Add your garnish.
5. Enjoy! Sip Slow!
