Hey there!

We hope you are well! Today for Mixology Monday, we are sharing our version of a Dawa. Dawa means medicine or magic potion in Swahili and is a classic cocktail in Kenya. Our take includes a drizzle of honey over the crushed ice, apricot jam and it gets sweeter with thyme (get it?!). Many Kenyan communities believe this drink is the ultimate cure for all ailments... maybe this is the thing we need!  We hope you enjoy. As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages
