Hey Hey!

Summer is by far our favorite season and although many of us are still in the midst of a mandatory lockdown, we are still able to enjoy time outside soaking up the sunshine. We wanted to share a recipe for a refreshing drink that is sure to keep you cool on the hot summer days. One sip and I swear your tension will melt away as your mood improves. We hope you enjoy. This recipe makes 1 pitcher or 4 drinks. Let's get started!

Here's what you need:

For Garnish
2 Cucumber Slices
2 Bunches of Basil or Mint Leaves
 

For Drink
3-4 cups of Ice 
4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 cup Basil Leaves
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
4 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Coconut Cream
2 oz. Water
3 tbsp. Sugar (We used Sugar in the Raw)
2 Cucumbers (chopped)

You'll also need a blender, smoothie/milkshake straws and any 8 oz glasses.

Let's Make the Drink!

1. In your blender, add everything:
   • Ice
   • Lime Juice
   • Basil  & Mint Leaves
   • Vodka
   • Coconut Cream
   • Water
   • Sugar
   • Chopped Cucumbers
2. Using high speed smoothing setting (or equivalent) and blend for 30 -60 seconds.
3. Pour into your 8 oz glasses. (Store any left overs in the freezer)
4. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint or basil leaves
5. Add a straw and find a comfy spot in the sun.
6. Enjoy!
