Hey there!

This weekend was a little busy for us, so we decided to make a cocktail which needed minimal prep time and could be made with ingredients we already had. A Vodka Sunrise is similar to a Tequila Sunrise, except we decided to punch up the flavors by adding Chambord and Grapefruit juice. We hope you enjoy. This recipe makes 2 drinks. Let's get started!

Here's what you need:

For Garnish
2 Lime Wedges
2 Grapefruit Wedges
2 Skewers/Cocktail Picks 
 

For Drink
4 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Grenadine
4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Ice
2 Collins or Highball Glasses 

You will also need a shaker cup.

Let's Make the Garnish!

1. Cut one Lime slice and one grapefruit slice into quarters.
2. Skewer one lime quarter slice then skewer one grapefruit quarter slice.
3. Set Aside.

Let's Make the Drink!

1. In your Collins or highball Glass, add:
   • Chambord
   • Ice
   • Grenadine
2. In your shaker cup, add:
   • More Ice
   • Grapefruit Juice
   • Vodka
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
4. Pour over ice in your Collins/highball glass.
5. Top with Orange Juice
6. Add Garnish
7. Enjoy!
