Hey There!
The stars have aligned and Mixology Monday falls on Frank and I's 2nd wedding anniversary. November 8th, 2019 we had a pop up elopement at city hall in San Francisco (see our highlight reel here). In honor of the city where we promised each other forever, we're sharing a modern classic, the Cable Car cocktail. Named after the Golden Gate City's historic and iconic transportation, the Cable Car is a rift on the Side Car and swaps cognac for rum. We also opted to include a few dashes of fee foam, a non egg alternative to creating a beautiful foam on the tops of cocktails. We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages
