It's national bourbon day so we definitely wanted to feature it in this week's cocktail. The Paper Plane cocktail was invented in 2008 by Sam Ross and is a modern take on the class Last Word cocktail. Ross was inspired by M.I.A. hit song at the time and garnished the drink with a paper plane. We opted for a orange peel instead. We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! Instagram ---> @ staynfocusimages

You will also need 1 coup glass, a shaker cup, hawthorne strainer, and ice.
In shaker cup glass, add:
Bourbon (3/4 oz.)
Aperol (3/4 oz.)
Amaro Nonino (3/4 oz.)

If I cannot drink Bourbon and smoke cigars in Heaven than I shall not go.
