Hey there!

Sometimes less is more. This week we are keeping it simple with a gin and tonic, however we decided to use Empress Gin which is handcrafted botanical gin made with a signature blend of black tea and butterfly pea blossom. The butterfly pea blossom gives the gin its beautiful indigo, purplish hue. We hope you enjoy! As always, if you make any of our drinks, take a picture and share them with us online! This recipe makes 1 drink!  Let's get started!

Here's what you need:

For Garnish
Lime slices (We used key limes)
 

For Drink
2 oz. Empress Gin
2 oz. Tonic Water (or more if you like)

You'll also need ice and a rocks tumbler.

Let's Make the Drink:

1. In a rocks-tumbler glass add ice.
2. Next pour in 2 oz. Gin followed by 2 oz. Tonic Water. 
3. Give it a gentle stir. 
4. Add your lime slice garnishes and optional dried pea flower blossoms.
5. Enjoy!
